A high-powered fan mixes outside air with air from inside the tunnel, so the unit strips most of the water off crockery without burning through extra energy. Electrolux Professional builds the chamber, panels and rack transportation system from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, and the pressed corners leave no internal pipes or dirt traps behind. Because the unit reverses on site, yards can feed it left to right or right to left depending on how the galley is laid out, and it connects to the dishwasher's power, water, drain, detergent and rinse aid lines without modification.
