The Electrolux Professional D10C2O Drop-in Refrigerated Static Well with Overshelf (Code 341177) drops two GN 1/1 containers, each up to 200 mm deep, into a static cold well running from -15°C to 0°C, with an A-type overshelf and LED lighting mounted above.
Electrolux Professional cools the well through copper tubing at the base, running on R290 refrigerant with a global warming potential of just 3 and no CFCs or HCFCs in the system. Automatic defrosting clears the evaporator on its own, so nobody has to pull the well apart mid-service to deal with ice buildup, and high-density polyurethane foam with cyclopentane keeps outside heat from creeping in. The well itself is 304 AISI stainless steel with rounded corners and a sloped, drained base, built for a flush fit into the counter.
