Alain Ducasse has demonstrated commitment to Electrolux Professional and Molteni, installed in prestigious projects across the globe such as the electric boat-restaurant Ducasse sur Seine, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, Macau, Esterre at Palace Hotel Tokyo and Beige in Tokyo.
The exclusive partnership with École Ducasse – Paris Campus is a natural continuation of the successful cooperation with Electrolux Professional.
The new flagship campus of École Ducasse in Paris, France, occupies a purpose-built, 5,000 square meter facility, hosting 9 professional kitchens, 1 shop and 1 gourmet restaurant with 60 seats open to the public. The school is fully equipped with Electrolux Professional including iconic tailor-made Molteni stoves and rotisseries, 17 thermaline M2M stoves; 10 SkyLine professional ovens, 10 SkyLine blast chillers; 22 multiSlim compact ovens, etc. 90 tons of state-of-the-art kitchen equipment have been installed by Electrolux Professional!
