Electrolux Professional Group has completed the acquisition of Royal Range

On January 9, 2026, Electrolux Professional Group announced the completion of the acquisition of Royal Range, a U.S.-based company specializing in professional cooking equipment.

The acquisition strengthens the Group’s position in the heavy-duty kitchen equipment category in the United States and Canada, expands its product portfolio, and supports Electrolux Professional Group’s long-term growth strategy in North America.

Royal Range will become part of Electrolux Professional Group and will enhance the company’s technological capabilities in developing and manufacturing of professional kitchen solutions.
