The choice is yours: From the highly customizable thermaline Induction to the intuitive performance of e-XP Induction, precision and control are always at your fingertips.
thermaline Free-zone Induction — freedom for culinary creativity
- Precise control of power (25–2000 W, 30 steps) or temperature (30–250 °C, 1 °C step)
- 4 zones, 4 control knobs, 16 settings and 16 displays allow you to set up to 16 individual power or temperature parameters
- Memory function: up to 3 memory settings per zone
- Bridge function: 2 to 4 parameters managed simultaneously per zone
e-XP Free-zone Induction — intuitive operation and high performance
- Comfortable control: One knob, one display per zone
- Power range: 30 levels (from 25 W to 2000 W), or temperature range: from 30 °C to 250 °C.
Both Inductions offer high energy efficiency (up to 90% ), a more comfortable working environment by significantly reducing heat emissions and fit even the smallest pots and pans, down to 7 cm in diameter.
Free‑zone Inductions are available in two formats: full module with 4 cooking zones & Half module with 2 cooking zones — to meet the different needs of any professional kitchen.
