If you are eager to see science and cooking art merge come to a workshop in Stockholm and you’ll be delighted by operational efficiency, up-to-date technologies, and vegetarian cuisine.   

You can attend the even from 10:00 am till 16:00 pm.

The event is hosted by Fredrik Juhlin, the ex- culinary team member, the Chef2Chef ambassador of Worldchefs, Jonas Franzén, the customer trainer and executive chef of the Swedish department of Electrolux Professional, Magnus Forsell.

The dress code of the event is chefs white. The number of participants will be limited.

A Chef2Chef training seminar is a part of “Art & Science Come Together” alliance run by WORLDCHEFS and Electrolux Professional. The companies welcome visitors to attend the event. The workshops are expected to teach cookers how to implement innovative and sustainable practices in the kitchen and simultaneously meet the highest requirements. The chefs are going to serve high-quality snacks using their creativity and the latest solutions from Electrolux Professional. 

The key purpose of the workshops

The seminar is devoted to sustainable cooking incorporating ingredients, kitchen operations and technologies improving chefs’ daily activities.

The major purpose of the event is to drastically extend the array of techniques, knowledge, and skills helping chefs to gain operational excellence in the field of sustainable cooking.
