The Electrolux Professional MAHFEAHDAO (588404) combination cooktop is made of high-strength stainless steel. It combines a smooth and ribbed area. Smooth surface is ideal for roasting foods that require uniform browning: sausages, fish and seafood, delicate poultry and meat fillets, vegetables, omelets, pancakes.
On the smooth surface forms a thin fat film, which provides easy gliding and eliminates burning and sticking of food. A ribbed (grooved) is used to cook large pieces of meat, poultry, vegetables to give the dish an attractive pattern with alternating stripes, as when grilling on the grill. It is very convenient to cook different foods that require different temperatures for frying, such as steaks on the ribbed area and vegetables for garnish on the smooth surface at the same time on the combined surface.
