Smooth surface is ideal for roasting foods that require uniform browning: sausages, fish and seafood, delicate poultry and meat fillets, vegetables, omelets, pancakes.
On the smooth surface forms a thin fat film, which provides easy gliding and eliminates burning and sticking of food.
