Electrolux Professional lines the well in 304 AISI stainless steel, angled at the bottom so it drains cleanly rather than pooling, and etched foil heating elements transfer heat straight into the water for a faster warm-up than older wire-element designs. Automatic refill tops the bath up on its own, so the resistances never run dry and burn out mid-service. GN containers up to 200 mm deep fit inside, and one of the two wells converts to a soup dispenser if the menu calls for it.
