Electrolux Professional fits etched foil heating elements directly against the well, so heat transfers into the water quickly rather than radiating off a slower wire coil, and the automatic refill keeps the bath topped up so the elements never run dry. The well itself is 304 AISI stainless steel, sloped at the base to drain fully rather than leave standing water, and rated for GN 1/1 containers up to 200 mm deep. Staff can also convert one well to a soup dispenser using the optional accessory.
